How to access Intertruss WebMail

Intertruss WebMail is a convenient way to access your e-mail from any computer with an internet connection.

Note: Intertruss WebMail is intended for occasional use when you're away from your primary computer. It is not intended to be a permanent e-mail solution. In the event a system recovery is required, e-mails stored in the WebMail system will NOT be restored.

To access Intertruss WebMail:

Step 1 - Type the following into your web browser:

http://www.your-domain.com/webmail/

where "your-domain.com" is your domain name.

Step 2 - Once the page loads, you'll be presented with a login screen

Step 3 - Login using your username and password. Your username must be in the "me@my-domain.com" format.

Step 4 - Once logged in, you can use the icons at the top of the page to create a new e-mail message, check your mail, or change your settings.

Click the subject of an e-mail to read that message.

Click the sender of an e-mail to send a new message to that contact.

If you would like to automatically check your mail on a recurring interval, use the settings icon. You can also set WebMail to play a sound every time new mail arrives, so you can leave WebMail open in the background while you work and not worry about having to miss an important message.
