How to change your e-mail account settings

Intertruss Hosting is more than glad to change your e-mail account password or forwarding options for you at any time. If you would like us to make a change to your account, please use the Technical Support contact form on the Technical Support main page.

If you would prefer to make changes to your account yourself, we offer an easy-to-use web interface that's always available.

Login Instructions

Step 1 - Go to this address in your web browser (be sure to substitute your domain name!):

http://www.my-domain.com/user/

Step 2 - You will see a security alert box. This is normal - click the "Yes" button.

Step 3 - Enter your login ID, Domain, and Password as shown.

NOTE: Your "Login" is the first part of your e-mail address, so if your e-mail address is "me@my-domain.com", only type "me" (no quotes) in the Login field.

Step 4 - You are now presented with the user menu.

To change your password: Click "View User Information", then click the Edit button.

To change your forwarding address: Click EMAIL MANAGER in the left menu, then Forward in the secondary menu at the top of the page, the click the Edit button.
