How to Access WebMail After Reaching Your Disk Space Limit (Quota)
When your e-mail account exceeds it allocated disk space, you need to download your e-mail from the mail server using your preferred e-mail client. Accounts using all of their allocated disk space are unable to receive new mail.
Option 1: To download your mail using Outlook or Outlook Express
Step 1 - To download your mail using Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express, you first need to setup your account: Outlook | Outlook Express
Step 2 - Make sure your account is properly configured to download messages from the server: Outlook | Outlook Express
Option 2: Request a larger disk space allocation (quota)
Another alternative is to simply upgrade your e-mail account with a larger allocation of disk space. In most cases this case be done at no additional charge. To request a larger account size, please contact your organization's e-mail coordinator or send a request to Intertruss Support using the form on this page.
