We maintain a complete inventory of spare parts in our datacenter and always have at least one technician available onsite 24x7x365 to address hardware issues. We proactively replace fans, power supplies, and hard drives in our servers on pre-scheduled intervals to reduce the likelihood of unplanned downtime.
